Creating artistic and arty images — captivating hearts and minds

Working with a limited, selected number of clients a year allows for a personal and approachable experience. I believe in kind-hearted communication, openness with expression, and approachability with your vision and values. This means getting to know my clients on a personal level.

Photographer

Ally Allison

I'm silly, I'm serious. I'm type A so you don't have to be. Coffee over tea and cats over dogs although I feel like all animals are all friendly shaped, no?

I don't like having my photo taken. Family is my everything! First snow falls are magical but so are the first days of Spring. University educated but real life is where I've learned for real.

Laughs and tears, pain and joy. My life is why I document yours. Making memories is why I do what I do. I am the girl that smiles while she edits remembering the good times I was so lucky to share with someone else.

Videographer

Andre DePlonty

Most importantly Andre is a dear friend of mine. I guess this is why we work so well together but on top of that I can attest to his skills. Andre is my videographer on some wedding days and my second photographer on others.

If I have photographed wedding with me you've probably seen him by my side. Andre has over 8 years experience capturing wedding videos. He's a class act and a lovable human.

Assistant

Tiberius

My assistant editor plays a critical role in all of my photo editing from home work. Mr Tibbs is my 16 year old dedicated Savannah cat. Most of you have likely heard him on a call or zoom, hehe.

FAQ

how do we book you for our wedding

That’s easy! Submit an inquiry via my contact page and I will be in touch with you shortly to organize a date and time. Once we lock in the details, I will email you your invoice, contract and questionnaire to fill in before your session. Your booking is secured only once your deposit is paid and contract signed. This enables me to decline other potential clients for your chosen date

Can you recommend locations

Absolutely! With over 15 years of experience in wedding photography across Southern Ontario, I’ve had the pleasure of discovering some truly stunning and unique locations. Whether you're envisioning a romantic lakeside backdrop, a charming urban vibe, or something more nature-filled, I can suggest the perfect spots based on your style and vision for the day. I always take the time to scout out hidden gems that provide beautiful lighting, scenic views, and privacy for your special moments.

Feel free to share your ideas, and I’ll be happy to help you find a location that suits your taste!

how do you handle family photos on wedding day

Family portraits are an important part of capturing the memories of your big day. I understand that wedding days can be busy, so I work with you ahead of time to create a list of the key family groupings you'd like. On the wedding day, I'll coordinate with your family to ensure the session runs smoothly and efficiently, so you can get back to enjoying your celebration. Typically, we schedule family portraits immediately following the ceremony or during the cocktail hour to make the most of the time while everyone is gathered. I keep things light, organized, and fun to ensure everyone looks great and the process doesn’t take up too much time.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel is not included in any pricing shown online. Seeing that I custom curate most collections we can chat about if there would be an additional cost for travel

do you travel for Weddings?

Yes, I travel all throughout Southern Ontario! Whether you're in Toronto, Niagara, Haldimand, or anywhere in between, I’m happy to come to you and capture your moments. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss travel details!
